ORDER

Petitioner made an application to the respondent seeking issuance of patta in pursuant to the settlement deed dated 20.10.2015 as the said request has not been considered till now, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner dated 07.05.2015, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the third party concerned, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
