ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.200 of 2025 and file a Final Report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C before the jurisdictional Court within a stipulated time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 03.07.2025, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent police is directed to either file a positive final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
