ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.07.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (B) of the NDPS Act in Crime No.31 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in possession of 4 kgs of Ganja and the same was seized by the respondent police. Hence the present petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that apart from this case there are 4 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts of the case and also taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner as there was 4 previous pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
