ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 09.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offence under Sections 364, 302, 201 of IPC , in Crime No.189 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. There are 11 accused persons involved in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A7. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had kidnapped the deceased and murdered him and put the body in the barrel and threw in the Thenpennai River. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there was 2 previous cases pending against the petitioner which are similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
