ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner,who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.10.2020 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8 (c),20(b)(ii)(c),29(1) and 25,27-A,29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.1109 of 2020,on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in possession of 28.500 kgs of Ganja and the same was seized by the respondent police. Hence the present petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only based on the confession statement given by the co-accused/A1 the petitioner was arrested. He further submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the seized quantity is commercial quantity. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts of the case and also taking note of the fact that the seized contra band is of commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
