O R D E R

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.54 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Sub-Court, Kallakurichi to the Sub-Court, Alandur. The said original petition has been filed by the husband seeking divorce. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a Keelkattalai near Chennai.

2.Considering the convenience of the wife and the fact that the transfer sought for is only to a Sub-Court, where the appearance of the husband for every hearing is not required, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. HMOP.No.54 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Sub-Court, Kallakurichi, Villupuram is withdrawn and transferred to the Sub-Court, Alandur to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law. No costs.
