This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in F.I.R.No.33 of 2023 dated 01.12.2023 pending on the file of the first respondent to the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu on 07.01.2025 itself.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty work out his remedy in the manner known law, if he is aggrieved with the charge sheet filed by the respondent-Police.
