The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2013 within the reasonable time.

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner made a representation, dated 24.06.2013, to the second respondent for granting patta in favour of the petitioner. However, no order has been passed by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court.

2.The learned Additional Government pleader would submit that the said application will be considered in accordance with the prevailing Government orders and and appropriate orders will be passed.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on merit, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2013 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of the receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish copy of the said representation along with the copy of this order to the second respondent.

4.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
