O R D E R

The petitioner, being a devotee of Arulmigu Mariamman and Vinayakar temple and Lord Krishna at Machampalayam, made a complaint to the 2nd respondent seeking appropriate action against one Marudhachalam, the hereditary trustee of the said temple. The said complaint is still pending consideration before the 2nd respondent. Seeking to expedite the same, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 29.6.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the hereditary trustee against whom allegations were made.
