Arulmigu Bharatwajeshwarar v. N.S.Ramchandar

O.A.No.463 of 2024 in C.S.No.297 of 2018 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., Mr.R.Singaravelan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the defendants 1&2 filed an affidavit stating in Para No.4 is as follows:- "4. Though it is not warranted before any final verdict we have chosen to file this affidavit without prejudice to any of our rights in the suit property undertaking that we will abide by the final outcome of the main suit and till then we undertake further to file the statement of collection of rent once in a year if leased out on the file of this Court".

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the defendants 1&2, this petition is closed and the affidavit is hereby recorded.

3. Post the matter before the learned Additional Master No-II on 03.10.2024 for recording of evidence.
