This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 145 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 17.10.2022 passed in Crl.M.P. No.4431 of 22 by the Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai 104.
2. Mr. J. Subbiah, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), who takes notice on behalf the respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the present petition is allowed.
