ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to Crime No.60 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.60/2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi and the same has also been taken on file as C.C.No.338 of 2015.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
