This application is filed to extend the time to execute the indemnity bond in T.O.S.No.24 of 2014.

2.In view of the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner, two weeks time from today is granted as a last chance for executing the bond as ordered by this Court on 09.01.2020 in T.O.S.No. 24 of 2014. It is made clear that no further adjournment will be given and consequences will follow if bond is not executed.
