This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.10.2014.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner and her husband were forcibly driven away from the house, by their younger son and his wife by abusing them. The petitioner preferred a complaint before the respondent Police and no action has been taken. Therefore, the present Original Petition has been filed.
4. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.10.2014, a case was registered in Crime No.371 of 2016 for offences under Section 341 and 323 IPC by the respondent Police.
