Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 3 and 4 from constructing or interfering in any manner in S.No.90/1 (Pathai Poramboke land) at Kundukkal Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District and consequently directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2024 for changing the place to construct the service centre of National Rural Development Employment Scheme at Kundakkal Village Panchayat, Salem District. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents 3 and 4 from constructing or interfering in any manner in S.No.90/1 (Pathai Poramboke land) at Kundukkal Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District and consequently directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2024 for changing the place to 2/4

construct the service centre of National Rural Development Employment Scheme at Kundakkal Village Panchayat, Salem District. 2.

It is seen that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been granted.

In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
