The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to dispose the representation dated 07.05.2019 made by the Petitioner for settlement of his insurance claim. 2.

Learned Counsel for the First Respondent, on instructions, submits that after the filing of the Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition, the First Respondent has issued letter No. 170800/CLAIMS/OD/2019-20/12 dated 16.07.2019 to the Petitioner explaining the action taken on his representation by settling the claim made by the Petitioner for a sum of Rs.5,90,926/- on 24.05.2019 by making direct payment to the repairer after deducting applicable Tax Deducted at Source. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

3.The Writ Petition stands disposed recording aforesaid subsequent developments. No costs.
