.. Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus calling upon the records pertaining to impugned G.O.(Ms) No.302 law (L.S. Department) dated 30.05.2023 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same, in so far it relates to the exclusion of mark secured in the practical courses of Diploma holders and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to arrive at a ranking by considering the marks secured by petitioner in Diploma Course including the marks secured in the practical papers.
