Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take legal action against the illegal acts of the 6th respondent and ensure the fundamental rights guaranteed under Constitution of India by giving protection for dealing with our property.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take legal action against the illegal acts of the 6th respondent and ensure the fundamental rights guaranteed under Constitution of India by giving protection for dealing with our property.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.D.Naveena, representing Ms.A.Arulmozhi, counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
