The petitioner has filed the writ petitions to direct the second respondent to consider his reply dated 09.11.2019 to the show cause notice issued by the second respondent, seeking reconsideration of the action proposed to be taken and to allow the petitioner Institute to admit the students for D.T.Ed Course for the academic year 2020-2021.
3. As on date, there is only a proposal to revoke the recognition granted to the petitioner. The petitioner has replied to the show cause notice dated 23.10.2019 on 09.11.2019. Therefore, question of passing a positive direction, directing the respondents does not arise. It would suffice if the direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of these orders.
4. The respondents are directed to keep in mind that no prejudice would be caused to the students on account of delay caused in passing such order, if the petitioner admits students pending final order.
5. With the above observations, these Writ Petitions are disposed of.
No costs.
Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
