O R D E R
The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the respondents to accept a certain amount as water and sewerage tax based on the annual letting value at a sum of Rs.82,009/-, in view of pendency of WP.No.4922 of 2010.
2.Neither of the learned counsels are in a position to appraise the Court of the fate of WP.No.4922 of 2010. At any rate, I am of the categoric view that mandamus cannot lie in such a matter as a fixation of both annual letting value as well as water and sewerage tax is based on various factual particulars that are to be reckoned by the authorities. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.This writ petition thus has no merit and is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
