ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Based upon the prolonged possession over the property, situated in S.No.108/1, Town Survey No.17/1 at Vadapathi Dravidar Street, Thiruthuraipoondi Revenue Village, Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk, Thiruvarur District, the petitioner made a representation on 03.11.2015 to the respondents, seeking issuance of Patta. As the said request has not been considered, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
