This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Ranipet to dispose the case in M.C.No.15 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, petitioner 1/3

filed M.C.No.15 of 2021 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C seeking maintenance. The petition is now pending for respondent evidence. He further submitted that, respondent is not co-operating with the disposal of the case and taking unnecessary adjournment. Therefore, present petition is filed.

3. It is seen that, M.C.No.15 of 2021, is now reached the stage of respondent evidence. Therefore, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate to dispose the M.C.No.15 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferrably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Origianl Petition is disposed of.
