ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to measure the property in Survey No.1019/21 of Vadamugam Vellode Village and fix boundaries for the extent of 94 sq.mts of land assigned to the petitioner through assignment order dated 07.01.2022 issued by the 3rd respondent and subdivide the same with the help of the 4th respondent.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 05.06.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period 2/4

of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
