ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Seeking a direction to the third respondent to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 5 to 8 on the water channel at S.No.357, K.Kanavaipattu, Karkoodalpatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District by considering the representation dated 14.10.2015, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition. 3.In response to our notice, counter affidavit has been filed, stating that the alleged encroachment has been removed on 30 December 2015.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
