The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.7 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Omalur to the Family Court, Salem to be tried along with OS.No.7 of 2021 pending on its file.

2.Heard Mr.M.Marudhachalamurthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kousik, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for the transfer petition being ordered as prayed for.

4.In view of the said statement, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, HMOP.No.7 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Omalur is transferred to the Family https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, Salem to be tried along with OS.No.7 of 2021, pending on its file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
