(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) This petition has been filed seeking to extend the leave already granted by this Court.

2. The reason for extension which the petitioner seeks is on the premise that the daughter having got the admission, the presence of the parents including the convict is required. The admission is scheduled to be held on 04.11.2020.

3.Inasmuch as the above said factum is not in dispute, we extend the leave already granted till 07.11.2020 subject to the same conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 14.10.2020. The convict shall return back to prison at 5.00 p.m. on 07.11.2020. This miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.

Post the matter 'for reporting compliance' on 09.11.2020.
