ORDER

2. This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to grant permission to fill up the vacant Secondary Grade Post with TET qualified Teacher which arose due to promotion of Thiru.T.Gandhi on 01.07.2020, on the basis of the proposal submitted by the school dated 01.07.2020 and 06.10.2020.
3. Heard Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Raja, learned counsel for the respondents.
4. I am inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders. Needless to say while passing such order, the respondents shall keep in mind the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A (MD) No.76 of 2019 dated 20.09.2019 and the decision of the learned Single Judge of this Court from the Madurai Bench vide order dated 18.11.2019 in W.P.(MD) Nos. 23742 to 23744 of 2019. Respondents shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
