This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.275 of 2013 pending on the file of the Judicial

Magistrate Court No.II, Tiruppur.

2.No representation for the petitioners either in person or by their respective counsel.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur after ful-fledged trial in C.C.No.275 of 2013 acquitted the petitioners by judgment dated 25.07.2019.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, the petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
