The petition is to quash the First Information Report in Cr. No. 454 of 2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148 & 448 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1) of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

2.The points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations in the impugned First Information Report is false and unsustainable, cannot be adjudicated in this petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. The respondent police is directed expedite the investigation and complete it within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
