The petitioner's son had joined Diploma Course in Mechanical in Vivekanda Polytechnic College, Seplanatham in the year 2013 and he applied for educational loan from the respondent Bank and however, his request was rejected by the respondent Bank on the ground that the petitioner has not secured 60% marks in the S.S.L.C. Examination and therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. The writ petition is of the year 2014 and now the petitioner has completed the three years Diploma Course. The grounds raised in the writ petition cannot be adverted at this stage and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
