2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that there is typographical error in order dated 22.11.2023 in as much as the reference to Ex.P74 in paragraph 3 thereof should read as Ex.P75.

3. On examining the records, submission of learned counsel for the plaintiff is liable to be accepted. Therefore, the Registry is directed to re-issue the order by replacing "Ex.P74" with "Ex.P75" in paragraph 3 thereof.
