2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. Though the respondent received the complaint and given a CSR No.1003 of 2017, he has not taken any action. They will have to enquire the complaint and either register the complaint or close the same upon completion of enquiry. Without doing so, they cannot keep the complaint pending forever.
