ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 27.02.2013 made in WP.No.4809/2013 directed the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representations dated 06.06.2012 and 19.02.2013 given based on the Government Order No.854, Revenue Ni.Mu.1(2) Department dated 30.12.2006 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the petitioner and others, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. by the respondent, the present contempt petition came to be filed.

2. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the order of the Tahsildar, Mambalam-Guindy Taluk, Chennai, in Procs.No.A1/0249/2014 dated 17.02.2014, whereby, the request of the petitioner was rejected.
