On 22.9.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents by which a request has been made to accept the proposed gift for an extent of 22 cents in S.F.NO.585/1 at Nanjundaapuram village, Coimbatore South Taluk, Coimbatore District for constructing the road for the benefit of joint owners. Though it was acknowledged on 23.9.2015 by the respondents, no action is forthcoming, Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that appropriate orders would be passed on the representation of the petitioner.

3. Considering the same, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2015 made by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
