Alleging that a fraud has been committed by deceased one Chinnakutti, who has no authority for registering a cancellation deed, the petitioner made a representation dated 16.10.2015. On its non consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The authority to consider the said complaint is respondent No.2 and he is impleaded.

3.
