CMP Nos.15867, 15869 and 15868 of 2019 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 1723 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent Sinnaponnu; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent as respondents 2 to 5 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these MPs are allowed as prayed for.
