The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that arbitration award has already been passed and the applicant had received a sum of Rs.30,000/- as award amount.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that, despite letters have been sent to the respondent, no response from them.

3. This application is pending from the year 2013 and nothing survives in this petition to pass further order. Hence, this application is dismissed.
