The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not pressing the writ petition and also submitted that the petitioner will workout his remedy before the appropriate forum as and when necessity arises.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.2 of 2014 and 1 of 2015 are closed.
