The writ petition has been filed to forbearing the respondents herein, their men, subordinates, agents, assigns and others from in any manner interfering with no forcibly evicting the petitioner from the site No.159 on Greams road, thousand lights, Chennai-600 006, where she is running her petty trade in the KISOK Bunk located therein under privileged class of person.

2.The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a disabled person, and since he has no source of income, he was running a KIOSK Bunk in Greams Road, Chennai. He submits that the Subordinates of the Respondent Department have been threatening eviction of the Petitioner, which has caused panic at all times to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the fear of eviction, the petitioner has filed this present Writ Petition.

3.There is no representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that as on date there is no KISOK Bunk located in No.159 on Greams road, thousand lights, Chennai-600 006. 5.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands dismissed.
