Challenging the FIR in Crime No.24 of 2011 pending on the file of the first respondent, the petitioners have come up with the present petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners and others and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.24 of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi. He further submits that on analysis of the oral and documentary evidence, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi, by his judgment dated 26.06.2013, dismissed the said case and acquitted the petitioners and others from the charges framed against them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
