Plaint filed under Order VII Rule 61 C.P.C. read with Order IV Rule 1 of the High Court Original Side Rules praying for: (a) declaring the order dated 08.05.2019 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Hyderabad in COM.C.A.No.27 of 2019 as null and void, and also not binding on the plaintiff;

(b) declaring the plaintiff is the absolute copy right owner of the suit Tamil Film "Sindhubaadh" featuring Vijay Sehtupathi, Anjali and others, Directed by S.U.Arun Kumar, for all the territories as described in the schedule hereunder for the period of six months commencing from its first and general release of the suit film;

(c) for a mandatory injunction directing the 3rd defendant to release the Key Delivery Message (KDM) to the plaintiff in order to release the suit Tamil Film "Sindhubaadh" featuring Vijay Sehtupathi, Anjali and others, Directed by S.U.Arun Kumar for all the territories as described in the Schedule hereunder;

(d) costs of the above proceedings; and (e) pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. For Plaintiff : Mr.Vignesh Kumar for M/s.S.Kamaraj For defendants : No Appearance

J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit and in this regard he has also made an endorsement, which reads as follows:- "Since the matter is compromised, this Hon'ble Court may permit the plaintiff to withdraw the suit. The suit may be dismissed as withdrawn."
