The case of the petitioner is that he was employed as a casual laborer under the respondents in the construction circle since February 1995. He had rendered more than 480 days of service continuously and therefore he is entitled for regularization, as per Industrial Disputes Act. However, the petitioner's service was not regularised. Therefore, he was submitted a representation dated 15.06.2015 to seeking to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regularise in service. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the submissions of M/s.K.Poomalai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.R.Varalakshmi, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Though the petitioner prayed for larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts of the case and without going into the merits, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2015, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
