ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondent to comply the order dated 08.12.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Mayiladuthurai in Crl.M.P.No.2307 of 2025.
2. The petitioner / de fact complainant had earlier filed a petition before
the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Mayiladuthurai in Crl.M.P.No.2307 of 2025. The learned Judicial Magistrate vide order dated 08.12.2025 directed the respondent to register the First Information Report if any cognizable offence is made out. In pursuance of the directions issued by the learned Magistrate, an FIR came to be registered for the offence under Sections 61(2), 296(b) and 126(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sasnhita, 2023 on 24.12.2025. Since there was no progress in the case, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that after the registration of the First Information Report, investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mayiladuthurai.
