The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 13.10.2020 and refrain from initiating any adverse proceedings against him without providing him an opportunity of hearing.

When the matter was taken up today, Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that a criminal case has been registered in Crime No.9 of 2020 on the file of District Crime Branch, Dharmapuri, on the allegation that the petitioner has produced fake 12th Standard Mark Sheet and the same is pending investigation.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
