(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, a resident of Eachangur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, has filed the Public Interest Litigation alleging that in his village, various companies of the same group are promoting residential housing in the land meant for agricultural purposes. The petitioner claims to have made representation along with other villagers against conversion of the agricultural land to mixed residential area and prays for disposal of his representation dated 23.11.2011 within a time bound schedule. 2.We are really surprised to note that even as per the learned Government Pleader, the prayer still survives, as the representation has not been disposed of.

3.We direct the said representation to be disposed of by the first respondent, within a maximum period of one month of receipt of this order, after notice to all concerned, by a speaking order.
