This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners in respect of the Civil dispute is concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.26 of 2021 and the same has been closed on 27.03.2021. are not harassing the petitioners.
3. It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondent police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
