The party-in-person is not present today. Mr.V.Vijaykumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would fairly point out that the demand as raised in cut off notice bearing No. 11789 dated 08.07.2014, which is impugned in this writ petition, would have no force as on date, since there are no outstanding dues payable by the petitioner.
2. Impugned notice dated 08.07.2014 is thus quashed and this writ petition is allowed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
