When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned Additional Advocate General II for the respondent that the order of this Court dated 06.06.2022 in W.A. No. 656 of 2021 has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of G.O.(D) No.100 Higher Education (F1) Department dated 31.03.2023 evidencing the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also affirmed that the order of this Court has been complied with.

In view of the submissions made on either side, recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
