This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 09.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11835 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and later, granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11835 of 2023 on 09.06.2023 with a condition the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety shall be the wife of the petitioner. He further submit that the petitioner has married one Lavanya, and it is only a live in relationship and his partner is not his legal wife and thereby, the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the

petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety must be a blood relative of the petitioner each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
