ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the information report dated 10.03.2015 pending on the file of the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that in the complaint given by the petitioner, the petitioner has not even given the date of the alleged incident. Therefore, the respondent cannot register the complaint of the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed however, with liberty to the petitioner to give fresh complaint to the respondent police with all details, if he so advised.
